In this TEDx talk, Alma College Wrestling Coach, Todd Hibbs, has dealt with many first generation students in his time and offers his ideas to better include them in the campus community. Todd Hibbs is a doctoral student in educational leadership at Central Michigan University. The focus of his research is studying challenges presented to first-generation college students, and subsequent strategy development in assisting this population in reaching undergraduate degree attainment. As Hibbs continues the study of the first-generation population via his doctoral program, he also continues to serve as the head wrestling coach of a program at Alma College
